Any unauthorized recording or distribution of content from the infinitydatalabs.co.uk website or Discord channel will result in a fine of GBP 20,000 payable to Infinity Data Labs Ltd.

By participating in training and coaching sessions organized or co-organized by Infinity Data Labs Ltd, participants consent to their image or voice being recorded and photographed, as well as to the publication of photos, audio, and video recordings from the sessions. They acknowledge that they will have no claims regarding such usage.
§ 7
By participating in the training or coaching sessions, participants receive knowledge related to methodologies applicable to the subject matter of the training. Infinity Data Labs Ltd does not guarantee that participants will achieve their desired outcomes. Participants are solely responsible for how they apply the methodologies presented, especially if used contrary to the trainer’s instructions.

The recipient must understand that running a business involves risks, including investments in advertising efforts. The results presented on this website are not typical, and we cannot guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Infinity Data Labs Ltd reserves the right to cancel training or coaching sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or accidents affecting the trainer, the trainer’s resignation, loss of venue access, or other force majeure events (e.g., fire, flooding, or power outages). In such cases, participants who have made payments may choose to attend a rescheduled session, apply the payment toward another training session, or receive a full refund.
Contracts, Termination, and Refunds:

Promotions, loyalty discounts, bundled discounts, and other special offers cannot be combined.
§ 14
A contract for services provided by Infinity Data Labs Ltd can be concluded by purchasing a service directly through the website or by submitting an application form. In the latter case, the agreement is confirmed upon receipt of payment. If payment is not made within the specified time, the contract is automatically terminated.

Infinity Data Labs Ltd accepts payments via PayPal, bank transfers, and online payments using Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Payments are securely processed using Wise’s payment gateway, ensuring high security and fraud protection.

Refunds: Customers have the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@infinitydatalabs.co.uk with proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. In case of partial refunds for services already rendered, a pro-rata amount will be refunded. Any processing fees incurred during payment transactions may be deducted from the refund.
